A classy gin that is inspired by the aromas and gastronomy of Barcelona. The main spirit is initially distilled with juniper berries before being combined with spirit containing the more delicate botanicals. These have been steeped for four days before being distilled separately in a low-pressure, low-temperature evaporator. The botanicals used include classic Mediterranean and more exotic ingredients. The former all being fresh, including lemon peel from Murcia, cedrat peel from Valencia and laurel also from Spain. The more exotic ingredients include kaffir lime leaves sourced from Thailand, black cardamom from India and finally coriander seeds from Egypt.

The wine is a gentle golden yellow color. The bouquet is youthful, pleasant, just right intense. It smells of elderflowers, tropical fruits, lemons, limes, even spicy. In the mouth dry, with a rich texture, salty, moderate acids and a stronger body.Classic harvest towards the end of August, short, a few hours of maceration, pressing and 21 days of temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel containers. After the flow, the wine matured in stainless steel containers with stirring - bâtonnage (three times a week - half a year) for the next 9 months.

It’s pleasantly tasty, with a harmonious combination of acids, elegance of body and minerality with a nice fruity aftertaste. This Sauvignon Blanc is a full-bodied wine that is wonderfully floral and aromatic yet has a rich texture that is not too intense. The wine offers delicate flavours of gooseberry, citrus, white currant, cut grass and a hint of spice.
