Carolina Bela is produced from Chardonnay (60%), Rebula (35%), Pikolita (5%) in the Goriška Brda wine-growing region, which is characterized by hilly relief and a mild sub-Mediterranean climate. Manual harvesting takes place in the second half of September and early October. The chilled grapes are macerated for 48 hours, then the grapes are squeezed at low pressures. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. After one year, the wines are poured and combined.

In the mouth the wine is dry, tasty, with fine ripe tannins. The wine is strong, with the flavour of pepper, exotic spices, and chocolate, maturing in the wood. A very complex vine with long after taste and long life.
