Chardonnay Turn Gourmet comes from the Drenovec vineyard on Sremič, where the south-facing exposure and light soils create ideal conditions for the development of a distinctive varietal character. Its medium yellow hue with greenish reflections hints at a complex aromatic profile—white flowers evolving into tropical fruit and citrus, complemented by subtle woody notes and cedar. Aging on fine lees in new wooden and concrete barrels contributes to a perfect balance of minerality, richness, and complexity. On the palate, it reveals a smooth texture, well-integrated acidity, and a long-lasting finish, reflecting the essence of its terroir.
