Srednje globoke zlatorumene barve. Cvetica je intenzivnejša, aromatična (breskev, marelica, sočne rumene sadeže…). S kančkom not po nageljnovih žbicah, vrtnici. Suho, srednjega telesa, kisline so na dokaj visoki ravni. Z aromatičnim karakterjem in daljšim zatonom.

The aroma is floral and slightly spicy, with a medium intensity – neither too shy, nor overly expressive. We can detect apricots, pears, cinnamon, lemons, and a touch of yeast. The fragrances are nicely intertwined in a harmonious manner, creating a sense of unity.It is dry on the palate, with an extra lift of intensity that enriches the tasting experience. Light yellow wine with greenish reflection, intense aroma, and distinctive fruity freshness. It is characteristic by its full aromas of ripe apricots, fresh pear juice, and acacia flowers. Rounded, vibrant and stable with peaches and apricots in the aftertaste. Refreshing lime aroma makes this wine attractive to everyone.It goes well with homemade cheeses, smoked carp, trout and seafood. A great recommendation is grilled sea bream or sea bass, octopus under the sacha, gratinated sen-jack mussels, salads with chicken, as well as a good pasta with parmesan and olive oil.

High complexity and smoothness.Hand harvest of biodynamic cultivated grapes. Short maceration of crushed grapes, pressing and must decantation. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast present on the grapes. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Six months maturation of the wine on the lees in stainless steel. Bottling without filtration according to biodynamic calendar with minimal sulphur addition.
