Extremely harmonious cuvee of Malvasia, Klarnica and Rebula.The wine stays in contact with the skins for a month. Fermentation takes place spontaneously, according to the old Vipava custom of long macerations without temperature control, only the vessel is more modern, made of stainless steel. Further maturation takes place in barrels made of Makovec's acacia (robinia) trunks by the Kuzma cooperative.The wine has the color of old gold with shades of red, many tears or shit predict high extracts. The aroma is fruity, after very ripe apricots, melons, strawberries.Its warmth is expressed in the mouth, the nice balance between acid and alcohol is underlined by mature tannins, the aftertaste is adorned with honey notes. The wine is perfect in combination with wild shoots, grilled sardines, autumn pumpkin dishes or winter pork.The vineyards are located in the central part of the Vipava Valley, where the mild Mediterranean climate from the karst plateau and the harsher Notranjska-continental mix.The wines reflect the intertwining of tradition and newer approaches. The way it is processed, the sunny position and the modest marl soil make the wines unique.Contains sulfite.
