Je elegantno rdeče vino iz regije Languedoc v južni Franciji, znane po svojem toplem sredozemskem podnebju. Pridelano je iz sorte Modri pinot, ki mu daje prefinjeno strukturo, sadnost in mehkobo.
Vino ima svetlo rubinasto rdečo barvo ter izrazite arome rdečih jagod, češenj in malin, obogatene z nežnimi notami začimb. Na okusu je sveže, srednje telo, z nežnimi tanini in lepo uravnoteženo kislino, kar mu daje odlično pitnost.
Odlično se poda k perutnini, svinjini, lažjim mesnim jedem ter mehkim in srednje staranim sirom. Najboljše je, če ga postrežemo rahlo ohlajenega, pri temperaturi 14–16 °C.

Pridelano je iz sorte Chardonnay, ki mu daje bogat in uravnotežen okus.Vino se ponaša s svežino, prijetnimi sadnimi aromami citrusov, belega cvetja in tropskega sadja. Na okusu je zaokroženo, z lepo harmonijo med kislino in sadnostjo ter dolgim, prijetnim pookusom.Odlično se poda k ribam, morskih sadežem, perutnini in kremnim sirom. Najbolje ga je postreči rahlo ohlajenega, pri temperaturi okoli 10–12 °C.

The wine is a gentle golden yellow color. The bouquet is youthful, pleasant, just right intense. It smells of elderflowers, tropical fruits, lemons, limes, even spicy. In the mouth dry, with a rich texture, salty, moderate acids and a stronger body.Classic harvest towards the end of August, short, a few hours of maceration, pressing and 21 days of temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel containers. After the flow, the wine matured in stainless steel containers with stirring - bâtonnage (three times a week - half a year) for the next 9 months.

Intense garnet red colour. It displays varietal characteristics of all present varieties. Very complex aroma and flavour of ripe plums, forest undergrowth, pepper, graphite. A rich, soft, full body wine with an exceptionally long aftertaste and pleasing freshness.Hand harvest of very rape, biodynamic cultivated grapes for all varieties at same time. Four week maceration of crushed grapes, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast already present on the grapes and malolactic fermentation. Two years maturation of the wine in traditional big old oak barrels. Bottling according to biodynamic calendar with minimal addition of sulphur without filtration.
