We find in the Pinot Noir Réserve a sensation of juicy fruits, supported by velvety tannins. Black cherry aromas dominate, underlined by subtly spicy notes that are expressed with finesse in the length.
This Pinot is undeniably a good companion for stuffed mushrooms, seasoned heirloom vegetables or grilled red meats such as duck breast.

Coming from plots selected in the Lumoux area, an a mosaic of clay and limestone soils and vines of at least 30 years old, this Pinot Noir is partly matured in 1/2 muids and 228 L barrels according to the Burgundian tradition.
