Crozes-Hermitage Sicamor, a rich, medium to full-bodied, concentrated Syrah. Grape is picked by hand, at perfect maturity. Traditional vinification, destemmed grapes. Fermentation lasts 10 days in rough concrete tanks. Maceration lasts 4 to 5 weeks. The wine goes into barrel warm. The barrels used are demi-muids previously used for 4-5 fills. It spends 12 months in barrel, then 6 months in concrete tank to further hone the structure.

deep black hue with crimson tints
Nose
concentrated nose with notes of spice (black pepper, cloves) and black fruit gums. Notes of blackberries and graphite.
Taste
The palate is deep yet still nice and light.
