Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc make it powerful and concentrated, whereas Ribolla Gialla soothes them, making the wine more approachable, mineral, with a local character. At the same time, it expands the wine and enhances its complexity. The potential of ageing is up to ten years.

The grapevine Vitovska Grganja has the size and shape of the Teran, and unlike it white fruit. This variety is very old and very common in the Karst. Along with Teran is one among the DOC (denomination of controlled origin). Vitovska Grganja is a very elegant wine, the low alcohol content.
