The bouquet resembles a rose, cloves, and as it matures, it resembles citrus fruits. Day or evening beautifies the corner independent wine, in cooking it requires the chef's ingenuity and imagination, as his characteristic smell and taste they quickly prevail. It matches nicely with the more spicy dishes and flavors of Asian cuisine, and white in generalpoultry meat (turkey, duck, chicken).

Nose
Very aromatic. Aromas of rose, ginger, cloves, ripe yellow peaches, lychee are noticeable.
Taste
Typical for the variety, sumptuous bouquet reminiscent of citrus, lychee, mandarin, vineyard peach, honey, cloves, cinnamon. The wine is aromatic, well balanced, with a medium-long aftertaste.
Vinification
aceration 24h after the harvest at a controlled temperature. Fermentation in Stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature to preserve the Gewürztraminer flavour.
Food pairing
Gewürztraminer is best served with Asian cuisine, goose liver, cheese, spicy dishes and less sweet desserts.

A wine of gentle red colour. The nose is rich, reminiscent of forest fruits, especiallystrawberries and blackberries. The “crescendo” of red fruits comes to an end in a long aftertaste with gentler notes, reminiscent of a rhubarb compote with cinnamon, cloves, and lemon zest.
