Epoca is red wine of intense ruby red colour. Its scent is complex and clear, aromas of ripe berries, plum marmalade and a touch of vanilla prevail.Grapes are hand picked, de stemmed and left to macerate for 2-3 weeks. The fermented wine is decanted into 225 litre oak barrels where biological deacidification is performed, giving the wine a certain softness and elegance. The wine matures in barrels for at least 18 months.

The color is deeper, still ruby. The bouquet offers both youthful and mature notes. It smells of ripe dark red and black fruits, chocolate, a hint of wood. Just a beautiful, classic merlot bouquet. Vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25ºC for two weeks. The maceration of the skins is subject to a meticulous control to extract the best expression of the varietal.This delicious wine has an attractive cherry red colour with garnet iridescences. Its bouquet reveals a combination of deep aromas of wild fruits and violets, enveloped in light toasted notes. On the palate it is warm, with smooth tannins and a spicy finish, and a balsamic aftertaste with blueberry hints.

Fesh wine with the full flavour of fresh fruits long after it open. It is perfect as an aperitif or with fish, pasta or white meat.Hand-picked grapes are baked and squeezed under low pressure. Cool the must to 10 ° C. After settling for 24 hours, the pure must is poured into stainless steel containers in which it boils into wine. Fermentation is followed by a rapid flow to keep the wine fruitful. No biological deacidification. The wine is bottled in the summer of the year after harvest.

Monteclassico sparkling wine is made from malvazija istarska vintage 2015, according to the traditional maturing method on yeast in bottles. Expedition liqueur was not added to the wine, thus it carries the Zero Dosage label. It is of light yellow colour, clean on the nose, with fruit aromas where citruses prevail. It is fresh and playful in the mouth, with pleasant acid and expected malvazija minerality, all of which together with the gentle bubbles gives the wine harmony and exceptional drinkability, ending with a medium-length finish.It is recommended as an accompaniment to seafood and traditional Istrian delicacies, as an aperitif, or on its own.
