Monteclassico sparkling wine is made from malvazija istarska vintage 2015, according to the traditional maturing method on yeast in bottles. Expedition liqueur was not added to the wine, thus it carries the Zero Dosage label. It is of light yellow colour, clean on the nose, with fruit aromas where citruses prevail. It is fresh and playful in the mouth, with pleasant acid and expected malvazija minerality, all of which together with the gentle bubbles gives the wine harmony and exceptional drinkability, ending with a medium-length finish.
It is recommended as an accompaniment to seafood and traditional Istrian delicacies, as an aperitif, or on its own.

This classic method sparkling wine shows a more intensive yellow colour with hints of green.The aroma expresses a wide pallet of aromas of cinnamon, herbs, roasted nuts, bread crust and yeasty tones.Handpicked grapes. Direct pressing of crushed grapes and must clarification by sedimentation of free run juice. Fermentation at temperatures between 11°C and 20°C. Six-month wine maturation in stainless steel tanks on the lees. Secondary fermentation in tank by charmat method on temperature between 15°C and 20°C. Two years of ageing on lees.

Characteristic sparkling wine, produced according to the traditional method from the local variety Siphon, offers a sophisticated blend of fruity aromas of citrus fruits and ripe fruit. In color, it expresses gentle green-yellow shades, which end with a recognizable varietal flower and the elegance of the gentle sparkling of tiny bubbles. The taste is elegant and creamy, ending with a structured and distinctly complex aftertaste, which is the result of 36 months of maturation on yeasts. It goes well with smoked salmon, mussels, white meat and soft cheeses. It is also excellent as an aperitif.
