V vonju je vino živahno, saj zaznamo sveže cvetje, sveže in zrelo jagodičevje in vse skupaj je povezano v srednje intenzivno in prijetno sadnost, ki kliče po še. V okusu je vino prijetno sveže; sprva malo preseneti, vendar se hitro odpre sadnost telesa s prijetno harmonijo med svežino okusom in nežno sladkobnim pookusom.

White Carolina is of gold and yellow colour. The smell is expressive, with a distinct smell of coconut, caramel and over ripe fruit. In the mouth the wine is dry, dense, with appropriate levels of acidity. Some discrete aromas of ripening and yeast are recognized. A very compact and harmonious wine, offering a long after taste.
