Teranino of the Rossi family is a fine liqueur made from indigenous Istrian Teran grape variety enriched with maceration of wild fruit and selected condiments. On the nose and on the palate this fortified wine is imbued with notes of blueberry, wild and citrus fruits with a light sweet aftertaste of cinnamon and clove. Very light and easy to drink liqueur.
The suggested serving temperature is 10 – 12°C. It should be served chilled and neat, no ice. Goes well in a combination with chocolate desserts or wild berry desserts or as a digestive after a rich meal.

Travarica of the Rossi family is a traditionally produced Istrian spirit made from four times distilled Istrian Malvasia pomace brandy enriched by maceration of 15 Mediterranean aromatic herbs. It has aged for 6 months in barrique barrels. Warm yellow color with golden reflection and fine density. On the nose reminiscent of walnut, almonds, hazelnut, and sage. On the palate, dry, warm, and a bit tart with an intense and long, slightly bitter finish.The suggested serving temperature is 10 – 12 °C. It should be served chilled and neat, no ice. Nostromo of the Rossi family, the first Istrian craft gin, is paying homage to the 19th and 20th-century Istrian seamen who brought the taste of the new world to Istria. The warmth and richness of taste immediately reveal the top-varietal character of this gin. A typical blueberry aroma is followed by coriander and orange peel, a Mediterranean note of rosemary and dried flowers as well as traces of liquorice and anise. The eight-times distilled malvasia gives this gin that special, subtle touch of Istria, while some pleasant bitterness with a hint of star anise rounds up its specific, long-lasting aftertaste.
