Every cask is numbered, and every bottle likewise. A.H. The wine is extremely delicate pink, a bright touch of salmon color. On the nose it is extremely intense and complex, the scent of mandarins, raspberries and strawberries predominates. Pleasant freshness and taste of bananas, passion fruit and green apple.

The wine is yellow with a green tinge, medium-lasting foam with coarser bubbles. These are a source of natural CO2 and originate from a single point at the bottom of the glass.
