Vinification
Maceration 48h after the harvest at a controlled temperature. Fermentation in Stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature to preserve the Sauvignon flavour.
Food pairing
Sauvignon can be served with white meat (poultry, turkey), pork chops, light fish, mussels, crustaceans, lobsters and shrimp. It also goes well with dishes that include capers, asparagus, zucchini and cucumbers.

Sauvignon is of medium intensive straw yellow colour with a shade of gold. It is known for its mature varietal aroma. Only when this wine breathes it develops its pronounced char- acteristics. It is dry and has a stronger body with a lower acidity ratio but it is still fresh. In the background softly pronounced fruit taste is felt.
