Vinification
Perfectly ripe and intact grapes are destemmed and undergo cold maceration. After pressing and clarification, fermentation takes place in barrique barrels. The wine is aged in large oak barrels until bottling.

Rich and full-bodied, with notes of kirsch-soaked cherries, dark chocolate and tobacco. Wonderful, lingering finish accentuated by fine, velvety tannins.

Sara is the name of the wine which was inspired by Boris' love for his first granddaughter Sara. It consists of three different red wines – Teran, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It takes six years to mature in oak barrels and one year in the bottle.Deep, ruby red colour. The aromas are intense, luxurious. We notice blackberry, blueberry, plum. A wine of intense taste with softness and perceptible, well-integrated warmth. Its youthful freshness challenges time, especially when combined with rounding tannins.

Deep ruby red color with bluish undertones (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne).The smell is very intense; lots of black currants and blackberries combined with spices and recognizable black pepper (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne).It is pleasantly fresh and elegant in the mouth; the tannins are extremely velvety. Fruity predominates; the taste of black currant and the spiciness of black pepper complement each other nicely. It is a rounded wine with a long aftertaste (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne).It is a varietal recognizable, fruity, elegant fresh wine that can be drunk with various snacks - finger food. It has a softer structure than refošk and accordingly the dishes should be less spicy. Cabernet sauvignon is a pleasant accompaniment to blue fish, the dark parts of poultry, which should be prepared as simply and easily as possible. Combinations with various pastas (noodles, ravioli, cannelloni), natural steak, veal livers with mussels in red buzara, stuffed zucchini or peppers and various other vegetable and meat dishes are also pleasant.
