Vinification
Perfectly ripe and intact grapes are destemmed and undergo cold maceration. After pressing and clarification, fermentation takes place in barrique barrels. The wine is aged in large oak barrels until bottling.

Sara is the name of the wine which was inspired by Boris' love for his first granddaughter Sara. It consists of three different red wines – Teran, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It takes six years to mature in oak barrels and one year in the bottle.Deep, ruby red colour. The aromas are intense, luxurious. We notice blackberry, blueberry, plum. A wine of intense taste with softness and perceptible, well-integrated warmth. Its youthful freshness challenges time, especially when combined with rounding tannins.

With a yellow and green color, this wine has the aromas of fresh fruit (citrus, peach...) and fresh grasses. In the mouth the wine is very youthful, fruity, with a beautifully expressed freshness and medum long aftertaste.
