White Carolina is of gold and yellow colour. The smell is expressive, with a distinct smell of coconut, caramel and over ripe fruit. In the mouth the wine is dry, dense, with appropriate levels of acidity. Some discrete aromas of ripening and yeast are recognized. A very compact and harmonious wine, offering a long after taste.

The color is medium gold. It is dry in the mouth, not lacking in taste, which is a pleasant surprise, depending on the vintage, and in fact the mouth is full of flavor. The bouquet is quite variegated, showing signs of maturation.
