It is produced from the variety Blue Frankonian. When pressing we only use the freerun without maceration. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine settles for a few weeks on fine depositions of yeast, afterwards it is bottled and it is always the first wine offered within the current vintage.
The wine has a lively, fruity colour, the aroma is intense, fruity as well. Its’ freshness is balanced with a rounded-up, elegant, fruity and long-lasting aftertaste. The wine is fresh,with the right sparks and seductive which makes it the perfect companion for summer days in good company.

Rose's grapes ripen in selected locations of the older Kristančič vineyards. After the selected harvest, the Merlot is compressed, then fermented with its own yeasts in stainless steel containers. The wine is light pink in color and has delicate aromas of strawberries, cherries, berries and delicate perceptions of flowers ... In the mouth, the wine has a pleasant, full taste with a nice freshness and a nice aftertaste.Wine and food: Rosé is the ideal companion for a carefree holiday. We recommend it with dishes that imaginatively combine the flavors of the sea and the forest, such as shrimp noodles.
