Pinela is an autochthonous variety of Vipavska dolina region, cultivated exclusively on the slopes and elated sites. Pinela is sensitive to high humidity and it is willing to grow calm, where reason, why we plant it to the poor soil, marly soil. As our grandfathers did.Ripens late and gains lower sugar content, we usually pick it in the middle of September. We pick Lanthieri Pinela manually, stems were removed and maceration performed for 10 hours. It was pressed gently, then spontaneous fermentation occurred and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Wine was maturing on indigenous yeast composite for 6 months.The wine is of medium deep golden yellow color. The bouquet is pronounced, fruity, and also smells of tropical fruits such as bananas and pineapples, ginger and ripe apricots. It is dry in the mouth, despite the lower alcohol level it works fuller, perhaps also due to the rather oily texture, quite intense, it ends in a long, fruity aftertaste.

The wine is a slightly accentuated golden yellow color. The bouquet is ripe, medium accent, smells of honey and ripe pears. Elegant wine of lemon yellow color and expressive bouquets. A wealth of aromas - from yellow apples, white flowers, to vanilla and buttery notes. In the mouth, the wine is dry and full-bodied with an elegant texture and a beautiful harmony between acids and alcohol. You can feel the purity of flavors, softness, sophistication and rounded taste, which swells nicely in the mouth. A modern style of chardonnay, in which a gentle touch of wood can be felt, which is expressed in the fullness of taste. Rich and serious chardonnay.18 months on fine lees in 1700 l French oak barrels. After bottling, it matured in bottles for another 5 months.

Šturm je dvignil Modro frankinjo na neverjeten nivo. Znižal je pridelke na trto, pustil vinu dihati v lesenih sodih in rezultat je elegantno zrelo rdeče vino, ki nobenega ne pusti ravnodušnega. Kisline so mehke, pookus je dolg, kombinacija z rdečim mesom pa božanska.Za modro frankinjo modre kolekcije je značilna globoka rubinasta barva z odtenki vijolične. Poudarjena cvetica izraža pestre arome zrelih rdečih in črnih sadežev, ki se prepletajo s pikantnimi notami črnega popra ter pridihom po praženem in vanilji. Vino je suho, polnega telesa ter zaokroženega okusa, ki spomni na suhe slive. Zrele in uravnotežene kisline ter omehčani tanini napovedujejo popolnoma dozorelo vino v zelo dobri formi.
