Medium deep golden yellow color. A fairly intense and rich bouquet indicates ripe grapes. Juicy yellow fruit, also vanilla. Quite unknown aromatic profile for this variety, which is not similar to either Styrian or Pannonian. Luxurious.
Dry mouth, lower acids, strong body. Along with the oily texture, the wine also fills the mouth with a pleasant softness and full taste. Very house style. Ventilation and whistling in the mouth shows a complex aromatic profile.

Pinot gris has a golden yellow colour that indicates the ful-body wine with complex aroma and long finish. The aroma is rich and elegant, reminds us of candied yellow fruits, mature tropical fruits and sweet spices. Intense, fruity wine, with balanced acids and varietal characteristic.Serve chilled at 10-12 ˚C. We recommend it with seafood, turkey, veal or beef steak, grilled squid, Greek salad, and fish carpaccio.

Colour is intense red, with a strong purple tinge. On the nose, we are delighted by the smell of dark berries, where we find mainly blackberries and blueberries. Shades of raspberries, plum and roasted appear in the wine, which is the result of several months of maturation in burnt oak barrels. In the last phase, the scents of coffee, chocolate and smoke are also revealed. In the taste, acidity is slightly more recognizable, as in 2019, it was generally more pronounced in all varieties. Wine is completely dry, but despite the high acidity, it is an excellent accompaniment to heavy dishes. Still a fresh Blaufränkisch at the moment but with a nice potential of becoming mature and virtuous.

The wines have a deep garnet-red colour and feature excellent balance. They also have noticeable, but moderate acidity as well as crunchy ripe red fruit flavours, along with hints of spice and liquorice.The tannin is round, smooth, and velvety. The delicious aftertaste is rich and concentrated. We suggest you open and decant Clarendelle Rouge one hour before serving it.
