Plénitude 2 is the second life of Dom Pérignon, patiently brought to a new elevation and set on a path to eternity. After close to 15 years of slow transformation in the cellars, Dom Pérignon expands its energy and rises to an apex of essential, radiant vitality, in its state of Plénitude. Elevated to new heights, it unfurls across every dimensions – wider, deeper, longer, more intense - and gifted further with an extended longevity.
THE NOSE
Out of the floral softness of lime tree emerges the grey, toasted, ashy minerality so typical of Dom Pérignon. A taste of dried fruit – apricot – appears, then the candied fruitiness of raspberry and fig. Unexpectedly, the freshness of lemon verbena, white pepper and rosemary rises for an instant, before plunging into the darkness of spices and liquorice root.
THE PALATE
This is a physical wine. It calls to you and draws you in, more tactile and vibrant than aromatic. Like a wave, it is built on rhythm and breaks: first it unfolds, then envelops – generous and structured – before withdrawing into a deep, dark verticality that slowly stretches towards a bitter, sapid iodine sensation.

Deep red wine with a robust aroma. Australian fullness is intertwined with the elegance of blackcurrant liqueur. It tastes elegant, the right concentration of dark berries with delicate notes of edible chocolate. Nicely structured, velvety, with soft tannins and a long departure.

100% Chardonnay from a single site in the village Kozana. They managed to bring out what had been known for a while – this 25-year-old vineyard is so special, so different, that it deserves its own wine. The upper layer of soil is shallow, underneath there is a rocky bed which gives minerality to the wine. The elevated position preserves freshness. A wine with depth, breadth and length. A true expression of the vineyard and its position as it is produced in the same manner as our Chardonnay “riserva”. Its ageing potential is at least 10 years, perhaps more.Striking golden-yellow colour with a brilliant shine. Almost discreet in its bouquet, yet the richness comes through with complexity and finesse, hinting of buer, wet stones, gentle fruity notes of peach, and caramel. Dry, rich and intense on the palate. Thetexture is oily, the wine juicy, perhaps even slightly sweet. Despite the full body it is pleasant, harmonious and balanced. A wine vivid with potential, developing into a fine salty finish.

Zeleni silvanec Alto is shinig through with it's bright yellow color and golden hue. First nose is flinty with hints of wet rocks, popcorn and vanilla. Nose is persistant and evolves into bouquet of green apple and citrus aromas accompanied by hints of cream, almond and butter. Mouthfeel is really representing the variety and the region at the same time with it's energetic and vibrant texture which reminds us on fresh apples and lemon pie. High acidity, medium plus body with long aftertaste. Ready for drinking, even more suitable for ageing.
