The aroma expresses a wide pallet of aromas of cinnamon, herbs, roasted nuts, bread crust and yeasty tones.
Handpicked grapes. Direct pressing of crushed grapes and must clarification by sedimentation of free run juice. Fermentation at temperatures between 11°C and 20°C. Six-month wine maturation in stainless steel tanks on the lees. Secondary fermentation in tank by charmat method on temperature between 15°C and 20°C. Two years of ageing on lees.
