The primary grape in this blend, Sémillon, provides structure and the opulence of grand Demi Sec wines. Rolle, an aromatic variety, complements it with balance and complexity. Ageing in foudres (large oak casks) adds a smooth patina to this wine that has a great capacity for ageing.
The colour of the Blanc de Blancs reflects its elegance: a pale and pure yellow, traversed by green or silver tints. Very expressive, the bouquet exudes fragrances of ripe and exotic fruit, crowned by a hint of floral broom. On the palate, the tangy freshness and vitality blossom over honey aromas before providing a crisp finish.

This unique, full-flavoured wine celebrates a grape variety originating from the Bordeaux region, Sémillon, which thrives on the saline terroir of Clos Mireille. The estate is very close to the shore, facing the Mediterranean. As well as all the advantages of the ocean spray, dry hillside air and generous sunshine, the wine also benefits from the schist soil which contains absolutely no limestone.

The grapes are grown in the classic regions of Puligny, Meursault, and Rully. This harmonious blend gives it both the classic character of Chardonnay from the Côte d’Or and the floral elegance typical of the Côte Châlonnaise.Bright color, yellow gold with golden highlights. Strong aromatic intensity. The nose is rich and well opened, with notes of exotic fruits and white flowers, notes of caramel and vanilla on a background of toasted bread.Fresh on the palate, an opulent body, smooth and round.At the finish, a good aromatic persistence of the fruit, united with a good balance between the acidity and the roundness.

Its blend reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three main grape varieties in Champagne whose proportions vary from year to year, but always find the same harmony: the body of Pinot Noir (30 to 40%), the suppleness of Meunier (30 to 40%), and the finesse of Chardonnay (20 to 30%).Slightly golden straw yellow with delicate green glints.Green apple, citrus, etc. The striking intensity of these fruity notes is immediately followed by a wave of mineral freshness and white flowers. A wine of dark ruby red, almost black colour. The Amfora bottle is a designer masterpiece that showcases our best-selling wines. Hand harvested grapes from the best sections of the vineyards are processed and aged in oak barrels and the clay amphorae recessed into the cellar floor. Contact with the skin is long and the wine has time to enrich itself with all the goodness of the grape and to develop a blossom which indicates full maturity. These are wines for formal occasions, special dishes, and sophisticated company.
