A wine of intensive golden-orange colour with onion-copper hues, as clear as the evening sun on a clear sky, announcing nice weather. On the nose it is explicitly mineral, a bit 'asphalty', with a clear graphite note and a selection of spices, from under which sensations of blossoming flowers and ripe fruits come to light. On the palate it is rich, buttery, salty, ripe, of barely there tannins and pleasant freshness, which softens the strength of the alcohol. The aftertaste is long, warm, and lavish, slightly buttery, but above all very persuasive.

Pale yellow with green undertones. The nose is extremely complex; the scent of flowering hawthorn predominates, followed by fruit; passion pineapple, vine white peach and melon. The smell of real Istrian Malvasia. We can also smell the sweet smell of vanilla.In the mouth it is nicely rounded, of medium body. Pleasant fresh, fruity and crunchy. The aftertaste remains the taste of mandarins, melons, grapefruits and lemons with a hint of caramel. The wine is extremely mineral.

The colour is golden, medium deep. Nicely scented in the nose, quite intense for a Rebula, far from being discrete, with lovely diversity. It is reminiscent of ripeness, dried apples, lemon, lime as well, with a nice balsamic and honeyed touch. Such diversity can be seen only in very ripe Rebula. Oak ageing is present. With time and when fully open, a white blossom is joining the bouquet. Fruitiness is not a feature with our Rebula -as well as with other wines in our range. Dry on the palate, medium bodied with high acidities. Intense aroma, tight with oily texture. There is tension even a sense of salinity. Serenely persisting. This one you can try with sushi.

The Korenika & Moškon, Sulne is a macerated mixture of Malvazija Istarska, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Dark amber color, it actually looks like an amber colored gemstone.On the nose Sulne is quince, dried dates and figs, nutmeg, broth and lots of cognac notes. In the mouth Sulne is quince, apricots, peach jam, black tea, orange peel. The tannins are strong but nicely rounded. One might expect a wine that has been aged in wood for so long to be heavy and overripe, but that is not the case. This wine retains a lot of freshness and energy.The grapes come from the two cru vineyards Paderno and Pod Kortinca, which are cultivated according to biodynamic principles. After hand-picking, the fruits were macerated in stainless steel tanks for 45 days. Then the wine was aged in large oak barrels for 6 years (12 months on the lees). The wine was bottled without filtration or stabilization.Pairing:Good with barbecue, pasta, steak. Serve at 10-12 ° C.Vinification:45 days on the skins (maceration), without pressing. Fermentation: inox (stainless steel), indigenous yeasts; malolactic fermentation with autochthonous bacteria. Maturation: 12 months on the lees in oak barrels, total in barrels: 6 years.The wine is unfiltered. Production: biodynamic - Demeter certification.Aging potential: 2021-2035
