Vinification
Grapes are desteemed and put in vinificator with skins where the fermentation begins with indigenous yeasts. After 10 days of maceration, grapes are then pressed and racked into the barrique barrels.

This Rebula shows an extractive, golden yellow colour with an amber hue and a dense texture.The bouquet evokes ripe red apple, apricot, yellow fig, yellow plum, orange peel, papaya, carambola and yellow rose. Note of herbs reveals rosemary, anise, finishing with notes of almonds, hazelnuts and toffee.The palate feels soft, and the alcohol nicely underlays its structure. Its freshness is crisp and well balanced by the softness of the wine, we detect mineral salinity, and the mouth is dried by the perceptible tannins, which act slightly spicy. It's thanks to these properties that the mouthfeel is balanced.A Rebula with an intense taste, fuller body and lasting, elegant persistency.A harmonious wine that will only upgrade its elegance through maturation. It can be enjoyed now but will evolve over the coming years. It will go well with pasta and risottos with a touch of the sea or white meat.

This Chardonnay lits the glass with a crystal clear, golden yellow colour and dense texture. We observe slowly slipping tears along the walls of the glass.Alluring and refined aromas are reminiscent of pineapple slices, quince and yellow apple, lemon zest, honey, yellow rose petals, straw, wild mint, pan brioche, vanilla and almonds.A dry expression of Chardonnay leaving a soft and reasonably warm touch. It refreshes our palate pleasantly, leaving a mineral touch, with slight astringency resulting in a slightly spicy finish.A wine of nobility, with an adolescent spirit that shows its ageing potential. It boasts a long persistency and an intense, harmonious taste with flavours of apple, quince, lemon zest and butteriness in the finish.

Deep amber color, slightly cloudy. At first we find tertiary notes, earth, smoke, wood, dried fruit. Nicely decorated, varied. Dry mouth, high acidity, rather tart, surprisingly light body in terms of fullness of taste. Fully ripe, in full form. Medium length. Very unique, good!After the harvest the maceration took place for 4 days (without temperature control, without added yeasts, without clarifications…) with which we allow that a large amount of substances from the skins go into most. Consequence is a very intensive yellow-orange colour with a small haziness and possible sediment which is a result of non-filtering. During two-year maturation in big oak barrels the wine also did naturally the lactic fermentation (as do all our wines). After the bottling the wine was kept in the cellar for another 3 years, before we estimated that the wine is ready for market.
