Extremely dry sparkling wine of grape varieties (pinela, žametna črnina and pinot noir) from all three Slovenian wine-growing regions. It is a medium deep orange color. The bubbles are medium-sized, frequent, the foaming is pleasing to the eye. The flower is expressed, matured, but we still find plenty of fruit notes, especially very ripe strawberries, in the background there are pleasant yeast notes and notes of dried fruits, especially pears and apples. Very dry in the mouth, the foaming is pleasant, notes of dry pears and dry apples predominate, acids are at a high level. The wine is rich, full, the yeasty notes in the mouth come out beautifully.
