Bright, strawberry pink, this cuvée unveils flowery fragrances with fresh rose and sweet peony, of intoxicating purity. The vegetal cover represented by the blackcurrant bud and its sap offers a classy support to the suggestion of strawberry and mandarin. A few sweet spices and a light smokiness combine with this exquisite composition. The palate reveals itself to be loving and the strawberry fruitiness in the form of a tangy sweet enhances a clear, lively, sculpted column, extremely refreshing and of a delightful length.

The wine is a very pale pink highlighted, depending on the vintage, with golden, orange and even vermilion tints. Its bouquet reveals fresh fruit (mango, melon) punctuated with lemony notes. On the palate, its freshness develops through citrus aromas around a resolutely mineral core before ending with a subtly persistent finish.A bright personality, this wine is a reflection of its terroir on the coast facing the Mediterranean, a land of schists completely free of limestone. Working with the ocean spray, the dry hillside air and generous sunshine, the salty soil helps shape the singular, elegant character of a young vineyard with a passionate heart.

Elegant mouthfeel with fineand persistant bubbles with creamy flavour thatreminds us of strawberries with cream. Finish ismedium and fresh which keeps us wanting more.Ideal partner as aperitve, but light dishes withtrout or wild salmon will give this wine a wholenew perspective.

A golden yellow robe. A slightly toasted nose, cream of milk, coffee. Notes of dried flowers and dried fruits. The mouth gives you quite a surprise with its notes of honey, slightly grilled almond and vanilla. A very elegant Granny Smith finish.
