Fairly deep garnet color. The bouquet is intense and opulent, with notes of dried fruit, cigar, figs, smoke, and jam. Very sweet, with moderate, well-balanced acidity. The palate is rich in flavor, though less complex than suggested by the bouquet, yet still intense.
