It is a rounded wine with a long aftertaste (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne).It is a varietal recognizable, fruity, elegant fresh wine that can be drunk with various snacks - finger food. It has a softer structure than refošk and accordingly the dishes should be less spicy. Cabernet sauvignon is a pleasant accompaniment to blue fish, the dark parts of poultry, which should be prepared as simply and easily as possible.
