This is a delicate straw shade wine with a very fine, vivacious perlage creating a dense white mousse. Delicate citrus fruit on the nose with a hint of pastry crust. As the wine opens up, a distinct mineral character emerges.Elegant creamy texture, with a return of the refreshing citrus fruit and a touch of Granny Smith apples. The finish is long with a perfect balance and a lightly saline mineral note so characteristic of this terroir.

An intense robe with golden glints. A wonderfully fresh aftertaste, lemon liqueur, fresh peas. A fine density to the nose, rigorous. Banana flesh taste, lovely supporting freshness, a wonderful acidity. An invigorating and lively mouth.
Pale yellow with greenish shades. Sparkling moscato reminds us of sweet peach and apricot which interweave with the vivacity of mandarin. The aroma of typical moscato recalls the taste of fresh grapes.
The selected Teran PTP is the pride and greatest attraction of the Karst. It originates from the Refošk variety on a special red soil, which can only be found in the Karst. The color of Teran is intense, ruby red, and its taste is reminiscent of forest fruits. The Lisjak family regularly analyzes the soil, leaves and grapes before harvesting. Only when all measurements meet the conditions do they set a harvest date. Maceration of Teran lasts for seven days, after which the wine rests in oak barrels for another year.
100% Chardonnay from a single site in the village Kozana. They managed to bring out what had been known for a while – this 25-year-old vineyard is so special, so different, that it deserves its own wine. The upper layer of soil is shallow, underneath there is a rocky bed which gives minerality to the wine. The elevated position preserves freshness. A wine with depth, breadth and length. A true expression of the vineyard and its position as it is produced in the same manner as our Chardonnay “riserva”. Its ageing potential is at least 10 years, perhaps more.Striking golden-yellow colour with a brilliant shine. Almost discreet in its bouquet, yet the richness comes through with complexity and finesse, hinting of buer, wet stones, gentle fruity notes of peach, and caramel. Dry, rich and intense on the palate. Thetexture is oily, the wine juicy, perhaps even slightly sweet. Despite the full body it is pleasant, harmonious and balanced. A wine vivid with potential, developing into a fine salty finish.
Summers in Istria are very hot. Ancestors of Rojac family did not have chilled cellars, they therefore had to find alternative ways to maintain the wine. One of the methods was maceration, which enriches the wine with tannins - tannins are natural preservatives - which protect the wine. They have returned to this old method of growing Malvasia and enriched it with their expertise by bringing the expression of territory into a glass. In this orange wine you will find everything from soil, sun and a grower - a winemaker - who wants to squeeze only the best and most energetic grapes into your glass. This is also the reason why they do not produce Malvasia maceration every year, but only when the year is the best and it gives healthy grapes full of minerals, sun and taste.
