It has aged for 6 months in barrique barrels. Warm yellow color with golden reflection and fine density. On the nose reminiscent of walnut, almonds, hazelnut, and sage. On the palate, dry, warm, and a bit tart with an intense and long, slightly bitter finish. The suggested serving temperature is 10 – 12 °C. It should be served chilled and neat, no ice. It goes well alone or paired with ratatouille and other boiled or roasted vegetable dishes.

Deep, ruby red color with a bluish edge.On the nose it is quite complex and rich. We notice a characteristic smell of black pepper. When we turn the wine in a glass and the smells of forest fruits are added to the day, we can also detect strawberries and raspberries with a pinch of juniper berries. In the mouth it is fresh and elegant, medium-bodied. Tannins are present but rounded. In the mouth we notice the taste of raspberries and the spiciness of black pepper with a hint of cardamom. An indispensable accompaniment to good prosciutto and other cured meat products, grilled dishes and pasta with red sauces.
