The fruity charge in the mouth is a bit more modest, but that’s expected for a 10-year-old red wine.
After the harvest we allowed maceration (without control) of 14 days in open vats in which the most slowly became wine through spontaneous fermentation. After pressing, the wine matured into big oak vats for 2 years and then another 4 years in bottles before releasing it on the market..

This Rebula shows an extractive, golden yellow colour with an amber hue and a dense texture.The bouquet evokes ripe red apple, apricot, yellow fig, yellow plum, orange peel, papaya, carambola and yellow rose. Note of herbs reveals rosemary, anise, finishing with notes of almonds, hazelnuts and toffee.The palate feels soft, and the alcohol nicely underlays its structure. Its freshness is crisp and well balanced by the softness of the wine, we detect mineral salinity, and the mouth is dried by the perceptible tannins, which act slightly spicy. It's thanks to these properties that the mouthfeel is balanced.A Rebula with an intense taste, fuller body and lasting, elegant persistency.A harmonious wine that will only upgrade its elegance through maturation. he wine is ruby red colour and thick. The smell is intensive, very fine and rich. We can sense the smell of ripe red fruit and berries ( Morella cherry, blackberry, blueberry, dried plums, and jam). It tastes dry, warm and soft, pretty fresh, tannic and tasty, balanced, intensive, elegant and durable, harmonic, strong and ripe.The wine is ripe and good to drink, but in years it will gain the harmony and drinkability. It will achieve its best after 10 years.

These vineyards cover the hilly slopes of Aloxe-Corton and Savigny-lès-Beaune. There are only four Premier Crus Pinot Noirs: “Les Fichots”, “En Caradeux”, “Creux de la Net”, “Iles des Hautes et Basses Vergelesses”. Two new “clos” have also received the appellation Premier Cru: “Clos du Village” and “Clos Berthier”.Pale golden colour with hints of silver. Good aromatic intensity and good transparency. The nose opens on white flower, citrus and wild mint notes, with a mineral touch. Frank, fresh and elegant attack. On the palate, the wine is mineral, harmonious and rich, with a long and persistent finish.
