Dry in the mouth, although due to full maturity it looks a little sweet. Strong body, moderate acids, tannins are fully ripe. The fruity charge in the mouth is a bit more modest, but that’s expected for a 10-year-old red wine.
After the harvest we allowed maceration (without control) of 14 days in open vats in which the most slowly became wine through spontaneous fermentation. After pressing, the wine matured into big oak vats for 2 years and then another 4 years in bottles before releasing it on the market..

Intensive yellow colour with hints of green and with a small haziness and possiblesediment which is a result of non-filtering. During two-year maturation in big oakbarrels the wine also did naturally the lactic fermentation (as do all their wines).After the harvest the maceration took place for 4 days (without temperature control, without added yeasts, without clarifications…) with which we allow that a large amount of substances from the skins go into most. Consequence is a very intensive yellow-orange colour with a small haziness and possible sediment which is a result of non-filtering. During two-year maturation in big oak barrels the wine also did naturally the lactic fermentation (as do all our wines). After the bottling the wine was kept in the cellar for another 3 years, before we estimated that the wine is ready for market.

Duet is a type of wine that offers something to drink and something to please at the same time. Even though it is not too demanding, it is serious enough. It is capable both of fruity and piquant notes. It reminds us of blackberries, red cherries and a bit of pepper.Maturation: 24-30 months; matured in barriques, a third of which are new. Duet is a very good wine of high quality. It can be offered as a wine by the glass in restaurants and barsof higher and higher rank.The color is deeper ruby, still youthful. The bouquet is quite accentuated youthful, with a hint of ripening notes. Fruity notes of fully ripe fresh red fruits such as cherry, sour cherry, even blackberry and blueberry predominate with a gentle touch of ripening, which can be reminiscent of forest undergrowth. Despite its maturity, the bouquet gives a feeling of freshness and liveliness.The mouth is dry, medium to strong body. There is a moderate amount of tannins, they are still young, maybe a little astringent at the end, but with a nice grip and good potential for maturation. The acids are medium high, earlier on the higher than on the lower side and give the wine a significant verticality. The taste in the mouth is quite rich, varied, fruity charge and freshness go hand in hand. The wine ends in a longer, beautiful clear aftertaste.

he wine is ruby red colour and thick. The smell is intensive, very fine and rich. We can sense the smell of ripe red fruit and berries ( Morella cherry, blackberry, blueberry, dried plums, and jam). It tastes dry, warm and soft, pretty fresh, tannic and tasty, balanced, intensive, elegant and durable, harmonic, strong and ripe.The wine is ripe and good to drink, but in years it will gain the harmony and drinkability. It will achieve its best after 10 years.
