This Rebula shows an extractive, golden yellow colour with an amber hue and a dense texture.The bouquet evokes ripe red apple, apricot, yellow fig, yellow plum, orange peel, papaya, carambola and yellow rose. Note of herbs reveals rosemary, anise, finishing with notes of almonds, hazelnuts and toffee.The palate feels soft, and the alcohol nicely underlays its structure. Its freshness is crisp and well balanced by the softness of the wine, we detect mineral salinity, and the mouth is dried by the perceptible tannins, which act slightly spicy. It's thanks to these properties that the mouthfeel is balanced.A Rebula with an intense taste, fuller body and lasting, elegant persistency.A harmonious wine that will only upgrade its elegance through maturation. It can be enjoyed now but will evolve over the coming years. It will go well with pasta and risottos with a touch of the sea or white meat.

The nose is complex and subtle with aromas reminiscent of white flowers, wild bushes and fruity notes of peach and fresh apricot. The mouthfeel is round, velvety with a fresh and lingering finish giving a long and vertical after taste. Kerner in acacia brings roundness, generosity, yellow fruit and floral character. Riesling brings vibrancy, freshness and complexity. Drink from now to 2025.The philosophy here is to craft a modern white wine with a Burgundy like balance made from the varieties we inherited. Grapes for this blend are collected at full maturity, golden yellow. Blend is composed of 80% Kerner (a cross between Riesling and Trollinger), and Riesling (20%). Kerner juice was barrel fermented in acacia wood (300L and 500 L, 3rd fill) and kept on gross lees for 8 months. Riesling (20%) was tank fermented and also kept on gross lees for the same amount of time before blending.Contains sulfite.Dry and warm summer season clearly drove the characteristic of the vintage and final wine style with low yields (up to 30% lower as usual) resulted in rich and concentrated wines greatly balanced by refreshing acidity thanks to the cold conditions in September.

This red wine, originating from the Primošten area, carries a bouquet of intense red fruit aromas, enriched with spicy notes of medicinal herbs.In every sip of Babić, one can feel the struggle of winemakers with the wild Dalmatian landscape — where the sun reigns and life is deeply rooted.Babić is a grape variety highly resistant to drought, capable of thriving even in the extreme conditions of the Mediterranean climate. The vine is vigorous and produces medium to large clusters with dark-colored berries.Wines made from the Babić variety are characterized by a deep, ruby-red color and rich, complex aromas.The palate is often full-bodied, with pronounced tannins and notes of dark fruit, spices, and dried herbs, occasionally complemented by subtle hints of chocolate and tobacco. Babić wines have excellent aging potential, during which they develop additional layers of flavor and aroma.
