Bledo zlato rumene barve s redkejšimi drobnimi mehurčki. Cvetica je dokaj dozorela in srednje izrazita, z zaznavami mokrega kamna, firneža, kremena in medenjakov. Vino je suho, z visokimi, a usklajenimi kislinami, prijetnim, čeprav nekoliko bogatejšim penjenjem v ustih. Njegov umirjen značaj je pretežno terciaren, z rahlo grenkobo. Dobro zasnovano in dodelano, lep prvenec z zelo čistim in izrazitim pookusom. Odlično kot aperitiv.

A wine of straw-like yellow colour. The nose is a combination of intertwined meadow flowers, blossoming plantations of cherries and apricots, as well as hawthorn and blackthorn from the edge of the forest. A fine balance between alcohol and acidity is rounded off by a distinct mineral note that gives the wine a pleasant saltiness which remains present in the long aftertaste.

Golden yellow with greenish tones. Composed and rich, reminding of Acacia and Passion Fruit blossoms, green almond, floral honey. Medium bodied, mineral and smooth, juicy. Pleasant and aromatic on back palate. Long.Manually picked grapes were picked in the mid-September. Grape berries were macerated for 12 hours, then gently pressed. After sedimentation, spontaneous fermentation occurred and malolactic fermentation at 18°C. Young wine was maturing for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

Johanniter is a white grape variety resistant to fungal diseases, created by crossing Riesling and Freiburg 589-54 in Germany in 1968.The grapes are picked towards the end of August. At the winery the grapes are gently pressed and then undergo a slow fermentation process in steel tanks at a controlled temperature using selected yeasts.Secondary fermentation for at least 7 months. The Charmat Method is used to produce this sparkling wine.
