The wine is a gentle golden yellow color. The bouquet is youthful, pleasant, just right intense. It smells of elderflowers, tropical fruits, lemons, limes, even spicy. In the mouth dry, with a rich texture, salty, moderate acids and a stronger body.
Classic harvest towards the end of August, short, a few hours of maceration, pressing and 21 days of temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel containers. After the flow, the wine matured in stainless steel containers with stirring - bâtonnage (three times a week - half a year) for the next 9 months.
