Louis Jadot Côte de Beaune is a young and fruity wine, with aromas of red fruits, and cherries. With a delicate structure and soft tannins, it will perfectly match with light dishes.
Fermentation is made as natural as possible in open tanks (without stems). It usually undergoes fairly long fermentation (25 to 33 days) in order to extract colour, tannins and aromas. The wine is then aged in wooden barrels for an average of 12 months before being bottled.

The wine is a deep purple color. The bouquet is intense, with fine oak notes of selected barrels and black currants. In the mouth, the wine is dry, medium, almost light-bodied, the tannins are moderate, the acids are pronounced, and the variety is good.

White Carolina is of gold and yellow colour. The smell is expressive, with a distinct smell of coconut, caramel and over ripe fruit. In the mouth the wine is dry, dense, with appropriate levels of acidity. Some discrete aromas of ripening and yeast are recognized. A very compact and harmonious wine, offering a long after taste.

Golden yellow with greenish tones. Composed and rich, reminding of Acacia and Passion Fruit blossoms, green almond, floral honey. Medium bodied, mineral and smooth, juicy. Pleasant and aromatic on back palate. Long.Manually picked grapes were picked in the mid-September. Grape berries were macerated for 12 hours, then gently pressed. After sedimentation, spontaneous fermentation occurred and malolactic fermentation at 18°C. Young wine was maturing for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
