Vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25ºC for two weeks. The maceration of the skins is subject to a meticulous control to extract the best expression of the varietal.This delicious wine has an attractive cherry red colour with garnet iridescences. Its bouquet reveals a combination of deep aromas of wild fruits and violets, enveloped in light toasted notes. On the palate it is warm, with smooth tannins and a spicy finish, and a balsamic aftertaste with blueberry hints.

Intense ruby with soft brick-red edge. Rich and complex, reminiscent of dried plums, kirsch-soaked cherries, undergrowth, soot, liquorice, white pepper, leather and herbs.Rich, structured and ripe. The impression on the palate is of ripe dark berries and herbs. Sweet ripe tannins and a sophisticated hint of wood give the wine a nice long aftertaste.

Nice, deep garnet colour, with hints of purple. Good aromatic intensity, with black fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant) and hints of roasting and smokiness with a mineral touch (marl, limestone). Good texture. On the palate, fresh and frank attack. Presence of melted tannins. Persistent, fresh, fruity and mineral finish. Matches well with tournedos or filet mignon, duck in wine sauce or a cheese plate. Cold maceration. Natural yeast fermentation and vatting for three weeks. Aged for 12 months in barrels of which 25% are new. Production of 10 000 bottles on average.

Its blend reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three main grape varieties in Champagne whose proportions vary from year to year, but always find the same harmony: the body of Pinot Noir (30 to 40%), the suppleness of Meunier (30 to 40%), and the finesse of Chardonnay (20 to 30%).Slightly golden straw yellow with delicate green glints.Green apple, citrus, etc. The striking intensity of these fruity notes is immediately followed by a wave of mineral freshness and white flowers. Then, the blonde nuances of brioche, cereals and fresh nuts hint at elegant maturity.Generous and tasty, white fruit notes including pear, white peach and apple, unfurl on the palate, in the company of fine, light bubbles.
