Vinification: Handpicked into 10 kg cases. Half grapes stay not destemmed in clusters, the other half is gently destemmed. Fermented separated under controlled temperature in oak vats with wild yeast for 2 months of skin contact. No pigeage or remontage of grapes with stems while destemmed berries are carefully sunk to the bottom. Separately pressed and joined to age in 500l oak barrels on fine less for 22 months. No finning nor filtration.

The wine is a deeper amber color. The bouquet is intense, smelling of pine resin, dried apricots, earth and grated apples. Dry wine, salty, lower acid and oily texture. Stronger, intense taste and even longer aftertaste. The taste in the mouth is very varied and persistent. Extreme Malvasia, grown on "orange", and very well.Extremely rich, complex, sophisticated and elegant wine, with excellent aging potential of at least 10 years.

The wine is crystal clear, the color is straw yellow with copper hues. On the nose it is mostly fruity with notes of green apple, but also with a bit of floral scents. In the mouth, the fruitiness is repeated, and the minerality is exposed, which also dominates the long and fresh aftertaste.

Light copper with amber shades. Distinct minerality, citrus, and thyme. Gentle and sweet tannins with long, fresh, and lasting aftertaste rounded with roasted almonds. Quince, ripe pear, baked “pituralka” pear from Brda, hints of thyme.
