Its blend reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three main grape varieties in Champagne whose proportions vary from year to year, but always find the same harmony: the body of Pinot Noir (30 to 40%), the suppleness of Meunier (30 to 40%), and the finesse of Chardonnay (20 to 30%).
Slightly golden straw yellow with delicate green glints.
Green apple, citrus, etc. The striking intensity of these fruity notes is immediately followed by a wave of mineral freshness and white flowers. Then, the blonde nuances of brioche, cereals and fresh nuts hint at elegant maturity.
Generous and tasty, white fruit notes including pear, white peach and apple, unfurl on the palate, in the company of fine, light bubbles. Then, little by little, the sweet liveliness of the citrus nuances comes into focus, and lingers delicately in the mouth.

Duet is a type of wine that offers something to drink and something to please at the same time. Even though it is not too demanding, it is serious enough. It is capable both of fruity and piquant notes. It reminds us of blackberries, red cherries and a bit of pepper.Maturation: 24-30 months; matured in barriques, a third of which are new. Duet is a very good wine of high quality. It can be offered as a wine by the glass in restaurants and barsof higher and higher rank. The color is deeper ruby, still youthful. The bouquet is quite accentuated youthful, with a hint of ripening notes. Fruity notes of fully ripe fresh red fruits such as cherry, sour cherry, even blackberry and blueberry predominate with a gentle touch of ripening, which can be reminiscent of forest undergrowth. Despite its maturity, the bouquet gives a feeling of freshness and liveliness.

variety: 45% cabernet sauvignon, 35% merlot, 12% cabernet franc, 8% petit verdot. The wine matures for an average of two years in oak barrels, half of which are always new.The wine convinces with its complexity - intense flavors of red berries with a pronounced tannic base and juicy freshness - but in a non-aggressive, elegant way. In a suitable glass, new layers of perceptions always open in contact with the air.
