The bunches are culled and harvested by hand, then the grapes are brought to the winery, where they are vinified in steel vats. The color is a bright straw yellow. The intense aromas are reminiscent of lavender, wisteria, lemon balm and thyme, and, later, grapefruit, followed by peach. The mouthfeel is fresh and tasty, with a snappy structure and intense fruitiness.
