Brilliant, golden yellow colour with light green reflections. Intense sparkle and plenty of bubbles rising in fine beads. The characteristic freshness and aroma derive from the Malvasia variety which delivers an intense floral and fruity bouquet dominated by scents of acacia flower, tropical fruit and green apple. Delightful, fresh and charismatic, all attributes of the Malvasia variety that after secondary fermentation develops a gorgeous and aromatic finish with a slightly sweet aftertaste.A fantastic aperitif. Best enjoyed on its own in good company or paired with seafood dishes, cold starters, light pasta and risotto, poultry, fruit, and so forth. It is also excellent for making sorbets.

100% Chardonnay from a single site in the village Kozana. They managed to bring out what had been known for a while – this 25-year-old vineyard is so special, so different, that it deserves its own wine. The upper layer of soil is shallow, underneath there is a rocky bed which gives minerality to the wine. The elevated position preserves freshness. A wine with depth, breadth and length. A true expression of the vineyard and its position as it is produced in the same manner as our Chardonnay “riserva”. Its ageing potential is at least 10 years, perhaps more.Striking golden-yellow colour with a brilliant shine. Almost discreet in its bouquet, yet the richness comes through with complexity and finesse, hinting of buer, wet stones, gentle fruity notes of peach, and caramel. Dry, rich and intense on the palate. Thetexture is oily, the wine juicy, perhaps even slightly sweet. Despite the full body it is pleasant, harmonious and balanced. A wine vivid with potential, developing into a fine salty finish.

Colour is intense ruby. Intense aromas of red berries. Flavour is full, fruity with a soft tannin spine.Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are hand picked, de stemmed in the cellar and left to macerate for 8 days - first two days at 10°C to obtain or preserve maximum level of fruitiness that is typical for the Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is pressed and racked into stainless steel tanks for the final stage of fermentation, followed by biological deacidification that gives the wine softness and elegance. Wine is bottled in the summer of the year after harvest.
