Organic Refošk Klasika is of distinct red ruby color with violet shades. On the nose, it surprises us with its herbal (dried grass, hay) and mineral (moist soil) aromas, as well as aromas of fresh and ripe red berries and a hint of spices. In the body, the wine is fresh and elegantly balanced with a noticeable mineral taste and somewhat velvety tannins that hint more pleasant potential of aging. The characteristic acidity of Refošk is harmoniously integrated into the fruity and spicy taste.
It goes well with cured meat products (pancetta, Istrian prosciutto, and dry Istrian salami and sausages), young cheeses, red meat dishes, and tomato-based sauces. Due to its characteristic freshness, it is a great combination with more fatty dishes (grilled meat and roasts).

A cuvee of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with a translucent ruby red color and dense texture. The walls of the glass are colored with each swirl.The intense aromas are a combination of ripe blackberries with maturation in wooden barrels. Ripe plum, black cherry, blueberry, and blackberry intertwine with faint hints of butter, vanilla, and cinnamon, which brings to mind a forest fruit pie. Notes of wood, pepper, forest undergrowth and cedar follow, and in the finish, we also find a slight note of chocolate.The palate feels soft, with well-integrated alcohols. Freshness and minerality are pronounced, its tannins have a velvety effect and dry our mouths quickly. It is an elegant, full-bodied wine with an intense and long-lasting taste. Truške Red is a couvée of Refošk, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon that has a ruby red color with a copper-like shade that shows us this wine is almost archive-like. On the nose, we sense rich aromas of ripe and over-ripe red fruits (plum, currant, and sour cherry) as well as notes of jams and marmalades that are enriched by aromas of wood, herbs, and spices. A hint of ethereal aroma shows us the longer period of maturation in wooden barrels. In the mouth, the wine is rich and fruity with almost velvet-like tannins and a complete and elegant after-taste.We recommend the wine with meat stews (goulash and venison stew), red meat (steaks), aged cheese (Brkini cheese, Tolmin cheese). We recommend it with beef with aged cheese and roasted cherry tomatoes.

Fruity predominates; the taste of black currant and the spiciness of black pepper complement each other nicely. It is a rounded wine with a long aftertaste (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne).It is a varietal recognizable, fruity, elegant fresh wine that can be drunk with various snacks - finger food. It has a softer structure than refošk and accordingly the dishes should be less spicy. Cabernet sauvignon is a pleasant accompaniment to blue fish, the dark parts of poultry, which should be prepared as simply and easily as possible. Combinations with various pastas (noodles, ravioli, cannelloni), natural steak, veal livers with mussels in red buzara, stuffed zucchini or peppers and various other vegetable and meat dishes are also pleasant.
