In the mouth, the wine is rich, sweet, and fresh with a characteristic note of melon which is a reflection of the proportion of Momjan Muscat.
It is excellent as a stand-alone wine or with fruit desserts (Paul's cake, peach cake, and apple strudel with cinnamon).

Deep ruby red color with bluish undertones (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne).The smell is very intense; lots of black currants and blackberries combined with spices and recognizable black pepper (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne).It is pleasantly fresh and elegant in the mouth; the tannins are extremely velvety. Fruity predominates; the taste of black currant and the spiciness of black pepper complement each other nicely. It is a rounded wine with a long aftertaste (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne).It is a varietal recognizable, fruity, elegant fresh wine that can be drunk with various snacks - finger food. It has a softer structure than refošk and accordingly the dishes should be less spicy. Cabernet sauvignon is a pleasant accompaniment to blue fish, the dark parts of poultry, which should be prepared as simply and easily as possible. Combinations with various pastas (noodles, ravioli, cannelloni), natural steak, veal livers with mussels in red buzara, stuffed zucchini or peppers and various other vegetable and meat dishes are also pleasant. The wine is extremely delicate pink, a bright touch of salmon color. On the nose it is extremely intense and complex, the scent of mandarins, raspberries and strawberries predominates. Pleasant freshness and taste of bananas, passion fruit and green apple.
