Intense, fresh and fruity floral. A creamy composition of slightly tart, fresh red fruits (forest strawberries, blueberries) with a pleasant subtle sweetness and intense, lemony notes of candied fruit. Upon contact with air, they express a variety of aromas with a whole range of spices, such as cinnamon and pepper.Meaty in taste. The wonderful ripeness of the red fruits and their fleshiness are revealed in a wonderful way. A creamy but richly structured wine. Its fruity aroma gradually develops into a chalky, mineral freshness that gives lightness and harmony to the taste.

Light green colour with yellow hues, brilliant. Strongly expressed varietal characteristics. An aroma of Mediterranean herbs - bay, rosemary, thyme – combined with fruity and floral notes. A delicate, mineral wine with just the right balance of freshness and smoothness.Hand harvest of biodynamic cultivated grapes. Short maceration of crushed grapes, pressing and must decantation. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast present on the grapes. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Six months maturation of the wine on the lees in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Bottling without filtration according to biodynamic calendar with minimal sulphur addition.

Red Carolina is of medium-strong garnet red colour. It has an elegant smell; it is matured, with a distinctive smell of cherries and cherry jam. In the mouth the wine is dry, tasty, with fine ripe tannins. The wine is strong, with the flavour of pepper, exotic spices, and chocolate, maturing in the wood. A very complex vine with long after taste and long life.

Carolina Bela is produced from Chardonnay (60%), Rebula (35%), Pikolita (5%) in the Goriška Brda wine-growing region, which is characterized by hilly relief and a mild sub-Mediterranean climate. Manual harvesting takes place in the second half of September and early October. The chilled grapes are macerated for 48 hours, then the grapes are squeezed at low pressures. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. After one year, the wines are poured and combined.The color is a gentle golden yellow. The bouquet is medium accented, with a nice play between floral, fruity and a hint of plant notes. Dry mouth, acids are high, but mature, medium-bodied. It impresses with a varied and exceptional game of flavors, where saltiness, fruitiness and a hint of vanilla are intertwined.
