Monteclassico sparkling wine is made from malvazija istarska vintage 2015, according to the traditional maturing method on yeast in bottles. Expedition liqueur was not added to the wine, thus it carries the Zero Dosage label. It is of light yellow colour, clean on the nose, with fruit aromas where citruses prevail. It is fresh and playful in the mouth, with pleasant acid and expected malvazija minerality, all of which together with the gentle bubbles gives the wine harmony and exceptional drinkability, ending with a medium-length finish.It is recommended as an accompaniment to seafood and traditional Istrian delicacies, as an aperitif, or on its own.

In the mouth, the wine is dry and full-bodied with an elegant texture and a beautiful harmony between acids and alcohol. You can feel the purity of flavors, softness, sophistication and rounded taste, which swells nicely in the mouth. A modern style of chardonnay, in which a gentle touch of wood can be felt, which is expressed in the fullness of taste. Rich and serious chardonnay.18 months on fine lees in 1700 l French oak barrels. After bottling, it matured in bottles for another 5 months.

The " Corton " are grand crus from the commune of Aloxe Corton - North of the Côte de Beaune - and are located on the famous " Rognon de Corton ". More than half of the surface of the vineyard of Aloxe Corton is planted in Grand Cru, which is exceptional in Burgundy. The exposure varies between South and South West.The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates in order to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The grapes are then carefully sorted by hand and destemmed. Maceration of the grapes takes place in open wooden or stainless steel vats for 3 to 4 weeks. The vats are pumped over twice a day during the fermentation. The wine is aged for about 18 months in barrels from our cooperage, of which about a third are new.Deep, rich and spicy, this red evokes a pleasant earthiness underlying cherry and strawberry fruit. Firm tannins support the long finish, while the whole is harmonious and complex. Fresh and juicy finish.
