In the mouth, the wine is semi-sweet, with a residual sugar between 35 and 50 g / liter. It has a rich body with a pronounced nutmeg aroma and an oily texture that swells nicely in the mouth. The wine has a long harmonious development and a beautiful muscat finish. Very popular as a standalone wine among lovers of sweeter wines.

A wine of intensive golden-orange colour with onion-copper hues, as clear as the evening sun on a clear sky, announcing nice weather. On the nose it is explicitly mineral, a bit 'asphalty', with a clear graphite note and a selection of spices, from under which sensations of blossoming flowers and ripe fruits come to light. On the palate it is rich, buttery, salty, ripe, of barely there tannins and pleasant freshness, which softens the strength of the alcohol. The aftertaste is long, warm, and lavish, slightly buttery, but above all very persuasive.

Golden yellow color with green, brilliant reflections. The effervescence is emphasized by very fine, intense and persistent grain bubbles. The scent is very intense, fine. A combination of aromas of citrus, peaches, Mediterranean spices, with a green aftertaste and bread crust. Elegant taste, freshness and minerality, with endless feelings of persistence and cleansing.Manual harvesting of biodynamic grown grapes. Short maceration, pressing and decanting of must. Spontaneous fermentation and malolactic. Second fermentation in bottle with addition of frozen must from the same fermentation insted of yeasts. Maturation in bottle for 36 monts on own sediment. No addition of liqueur and sulphur at disgorgement.
