The Pinot Noir comes from the wine-growing region of Carinthia (Kärnten) in Austria, where this variety is becoming increasingly appreciated. Pinot Noir is known for being challenging to cultivate, but in the right conditions, it yields elegant red wines with distinct fruity and earthy aromas.

On the nose, you’ll find red fruit aromas like cherries, raspberries, and strawberries, along with delicate hints of spice, undergrowth, and a slight smokiness, indicating aging in oak barrels.

Red berry flavors dominate, complemented by a touch of spice and earthy notes such as mushrooms or dried leaves. The acidity is lively, adding freshness, while the tannins are soft and well-integrated.

The wine has a deeper golden yellow color. The flower is emphasized, matured. On the nose is vanilla, tropical fruits, mango, passion fruit. Very ripe, fragrant. Dry in the mouth, moderate acidity, strong body. In the mouth it is rich, ripe, juicy. The variety is quite hidden behind the vinification process, but it can still be found. A very luxurious, even a little flashy style, but well executed, because despite everything, the wine still offers firmness, deliciousness and a longer aftertaste.

Je elegantno rdeče vino iz regije Languedoc v južni Franciji, znane po svojem toplem sredozemskem podnebju. Pridelano je iz sorte Modri pinot, ki mu daje prefinjeno strukturo, sadnost in mehkobo.Vino ima svetlo rubinasto rdečo barvo ter izrazite arome rdečih jagod, češenj in malin, obogatene z nežnimi notami začimb. Na okusu je sveže, srednje telo, z nežnimi tanini in lepo uravnoteženo kislino, kar mu daje odlično pitnost.Odlično se poda k perutnini, svinjini, lažjim mesnim jedem ter mehkim in srednje staranim sirom. Najboljše je, če ga postrežemo rahlo ohlajenega, pri temperaturi 14–16 °C.
