Very complex and rich.Full bodied wine with taste expression of medicinal plants and tropical fruit. A good balance between freshness, sugar, and structure. The aftertaste is long and wide.Handpicked grapes. Few hours of maceration of crushed grapes, pressing and must clarification by sedimentation. Fermentation at temperatures between 13°C and 20°C. Four-month wine maturation in stainless steel tank on the lees.
