Vitovska is considered an indigenous variety in the Karst. This variety has found its home precisely on the red karst soil, where it defies the karst burja, cold winters and dry summers. Pleasant, fresh and fruity is ideal as an aperitif and complements best light meals, starters and fish dishes.
Straw-yellow colour with golden hues. Bouquet remind us of lime flower, chestnuts honey, roasted hazelnuts and dried pear. Refined, medium intense taste. Despite the maturity, it preserves its freshness. The aftertaste in sweet and pleasant.
